Dayeon Shin

After beginning the career at InterVest, where she gained exposure to venture and growth-stage investing, she is currently at IMM Credit & Solutions, focusing on structured credit and special situation investments. Among the transactions she has worked on, one of the most memorable was an exchangeable bond investment in HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, where she was involved across execution and structuring. She also enjoys exploring a wide range of industries and actively studying public equities.
