Sujin Lee

Su Jin is a private equity investor at Ark & Partners, with prior experience at KKR and Dunamu & Partners. At KKR, she gained exposure to large-scale institutional investing and disciplined investment processes, while at Dunamu & Partners, she developed her foundation in deal execution in a more entrepreneurial environment.

She has been involved in investments across consumer, retail, IT services, and healthcare, and is building her experience in growth buyout investing. Her approach centers on forming a clear investment thesis early—focusing on why a business wins and how it compounds over time.

Su Jin studied French Literature and Business at Korea University, and believes that great investing comes down to clarity—identifying what truly matters and acting with conviction.
