Jayun Won

Hi, I'm Jayun Won, a senior at Yonsei UIC Economics. My past few years have been built around a single question, what do people find of value, and why, which is what pulled me through consecutive internships across Securities, VC, PE, and Asset Management. My longer trajectory points toward cultural heritage diplomacy, so understanding how capital moves has never been separate from that; it's foundational to it. Outside of work I fence, shoot clay, and do tea ceremony.

What oriented me to HerVest was a perspective and guidance that only comes from someone who has held that arc across decades rather than years, and whose judgment has been tested by markets and moments I haven't yet encountered. Learning from mentors of my industry as well as like-minded peers were what I was most looking forward to.
