Orientation &
Team Formation

Introduction to the program’s mission, structure, and annual roadmap
Meet-and-greet with the organizing team, mentors, and fellow mentees
Team formation based on participants’ strengths, interests, and career backgrounds

Monthly Sessions & Mentorship

Monthly speaker sessions featuring global finance professionals
Small-group mentoring with 5–6 mentors and mentees
Team-led presentations delivered monthly, based on curated investment themes

Final Presentations & Closing Session

Team-based final project presentations on a selected finance or investment topic
Presentations evaluated by a panel of mentors based on clarity, depth, and insight
